No, I live in Qld and am just a hobby flyer. Have been in RC aircraft for over 20 years. Just get a bit annoyed when the cowboys act up such that CASA might decide to change the rules and make it so much harder for those that do the right thing.

I'd love to do that flight and others in the harbour and along the northern beaches. I have a UOC, PPL, radio license, and aviation radio.

From take-off to the R405B boundary was 1.21 kilometres or 0.66 nm.  My clearance from the active runway was 4.61 nautical miles. I must say Im having alot of fun flying the Mavic compared to the bigger drones.
