Would someone please suggest the best settings for still shots and normal video.

There are no "best" settings.
It is very much subjective what people like.
Some like crisp colors, some like to have more flat ones.
Come like a lot of sharpness which is too much for others.
Some pictures I like to be blurry with a long shutter speed, some should freeze a quick movement and need a fast one.

Conclusion: There are no "best" settings.
...if there were, DJI would have implemented them as default without the option to change them

I use AUTO setting and then adjust the manual setting to my liking...It is all about trial and error and practice make perfect...
