Hey guys, not sure if this is a common issue with the Mavic but I feel that there is a horizon issue with the camera. Here's a video I filmed in the Dominican Republic and you can tell the camera has a angle not sure if this problem is fixable.

Looks like your Gimbal needs to be calibrated.  See here for how to do that

Besides the infamous tilted horizn issue, your Mavic also suffer from a faulty camera it seems. You're left side of the screen is out of focus. Same issue as my Mavic. While several other people also have had their right sides out of focus.

You can calibrate gimbal, this should help, you can also control gimbal roll or offset. Made me dizzy that video.

Good luck..

Can anyone else confirm this? Do I need to send it back to DJI?

Do a search for "focus" or "tilted horizon" on DJI forum or the internet.
