When I connect to the Osmo+ using the go app...I get a message saying..."The Osmo+ is already connected to another mobile device"

It won't connect with the app and jumps around to the mavic and other dji equipment.

Or the screen shows an image but N/A across the top and the image goes back and forth between color & black/white.

I have a desktop computer and turned off the WIFI and unplugged the box...but the problem persists.

Anyone have a clue as to what might be going on?

I had this same issue a few weeks ago.  I tried countless times to reset the WiFi settings in the Osmo (see instructions here).  That didn't really seem to help, so I completely erased Osmo connection from my phone and set it up again.

This worked for me, hope it helps.

Just curious...do you have an Android device?

I have one that not listed on the compatibility list.

However, in previous Fware updates it used to work fine.

I'm about ready to switch over the IOS
