Wondering anyone can help. My Osmo is brand new and I have not been able to get it going for the past 2 weeks. When turned on, it shows red light. Interesting thing is, I can pair this with the app and shutter button and video button works with the app. But my Osmo Mobile is limp and keeps showing red light.

Anyone has similar problem?

Red light indicates battery not charged. Did you remember to remove the small clear tab from the battery terminal before charging it?

Hi, please try charging the battery for a few hours, with the charging cable plugged in.  If it still shows red and doesn't work, please talk with your dealer for an exchange or find online chat on www.dji.com/support and follow instructions to send it in.
