I use ipad pro 9.7 with controller and it works great.  But it is bit hard to see in sunlight (I can't imagine how bad it would be for people who use different tablet/phone).  So I thought about purchasing those $20 dollar sunshade for ipad and decided to go different route.  I figured anytime I fly mavic outside, I'll probably carry a backpack.  EUREKA!  euroschirm Telescope handsfree UV umbrella.

It will attach to the strap and provide sunshade as well as protect from UV.  I know I'll probably look stupid but I needed umbrella for my new peak design backpack and hiking and figure umbrella would be cost effective compared to $20 sunshade.  20% discount was very nice .
