Aloha,

     DJI GO 4 version 4.0.3 for Android has been announced all day (and late yesterday) and noted on my P4 Pro on start-up.  I spent the better part of today trying to find it and download it.  The Play Store only has 4.0.2 and it downloads fast, twice.  PhantomHelp.com only has 4.0.2 and the two times I let the app download the app, it stalled for fifteen minutes, twice.  It never even got started.  But 4.0.2 downloaded fast, twice, when I thought I was downloading 4.0.3!

     So, has anyone had any luck downloading the DJI GO 4 app version 4.0.3 for Android?  Look in the "About" option in your General Settings.  Mahalo!

i did not test. but some general news are here... live FB and Offline map.

I updated it in the play store,then Uninstalled it. Went back in play store reinstalled it. Haven't tried it yet will later today. Anytime I update DJI'S app I do that. For some reson when I do it that way it works.

     What does it say when you look in the "About" option in your General Settings?  What version of DJI GO 4?

On the nVidia Shield K1 (Android 6) it says 4.03(186 gp).

I flew the P4 through 3 batteries, using the K1, latest FW on AC and RC, without issue. Ran Course Lock, Sports and ATTI modes, Waypoints, etc. Slightly windy conditions, gusts around 15mph. Up to 200 AGL.

Did not test RTH. Did not notice if Home Point changed either. Didn't even look at the Here map.

Conclusion: 4.03 works on the(this) K1(Android 6).

     Mahalo for the information.  The android 6.0.0 had a compass problem that would have given you serious problems, so I am guessing that you were running 6.0.1 that does not have a compass problem.  Who knows, maybe nVidia was able to correct the compass problem.

     This is good news for nVidia users because it indicates that it is not a hardware problem.  Now, we have a way to roll-back Android Nougat to Android 6.01.  

     Well, now I guess I have to try to load DJI GO 4 (4.0.3) again.  Mahalo again for the thorough test information!

     Aside from Augustus, has anyone in North America been able to download the new DJI GO 4 app (4.0.3) Android?  This is my third day trying to download the app without success.  All the other sources only download 4.0.2.

     DJI GO 4 version 4.0.4 downloaded on to my computer and I was able to side-load it into my nVidia Shield K1.  Static tests and settings look good.  I will be flying shortly.  So far Nougat (Android 7) is not causing much of a problem as long as my signals are clear.  We will see with the dynamic tests.  Since I will be testing attempts to tame Sport Mode from being so squirrelly, it would be helpful to have clear signals and no app crashes.
