My Inspire 2 with X4S doesnt work anymore.  The camera wont pan or tilt.  The head of quad is heating up.  Video shaking while quad is on flat table.
My inspire 2 is grounded  till I guesse a patch or new update?!

    Did you mention that you exchanged your x4s for an x5s????  Did you get another x4s and now the new firmware has killed it as well?

Sometimes it happens randomly the Pan and Nick works, but very rarely.

    Did the camera issue happen with the last firmware update and remained the same after this firmware update?  If so, you need to send it in to service.  That's what I had to do.  As a forewarning, they will send you a refurb.

Upgrade went 100% had to rerun with the X4S after the X5S had been completed.

Before the March firmware update I hit 71mph with my Inspire 2. After the March update the best I could do was 52mph.
A little while ago after updating to the April update, I was able to hit 64.9mph.

And that's the news I was waiting for.  I believe I have nothing to lose, so I'll go for it and see what happens next.  Hopefully I will recover the original speed !!

Upgraded Aircraft and Go4 App to latest new versions - all went smoothly and system working well.
No more nasty noise on gimbal start-up.
I'm happy!

I upgraded and still have the noisy gimbal on start-up and still when calibrating! It also drifts when on stable table, is this normal? Hopefully flies well when I take it up.

Some of us shoot things that go fast and the I2 is the fastest drone on the market right now, so speed is very important for a number of us

As mentioned, There are certain shots that require speed. I was able to pull off these shots before the update..

Well I have to tell every one how pleased I am with this latest F/W update for the I2.  I spent quite a few hours flying today and the I2 performed absolutely perfect!  Top speed runs again showed that SPORT mode was the fastest just like advertised.  With no wind I achieved approx 60-62 mph on average for several flights.  Speeds in GPS mode just as in the specs so it seems like DJI corrected what ever was wrong with the .240 F/W configuration.  I also flew several quite long Litchi waypoint missions (some over 5 miles round trip long) and again, every thing worked perfect including RTH after each mission.  I was flying with the X5S and Panasonic 14-42mm camera.  Also had two light cubes attached to the legs as well.  Overall summary, I'M HAPPY!!!

Hit about 103km/h seems to be better after firmware....

Firmware seems to work great...

No Problems here

Same here, back to about 100 km/h in sport mode!

I'm no speed merchant and try (hard) to always make smoooth maneuvers, but I have several flights with the new firmware (.0330) release with the X5S camera and dual controllers - and I am really very impressed.
Its a great piece of kit!

I shot a corvette chase scene just before the March update.  Good thing I did it then, because after that update, the shoot wouldn't have gone so well.  Even at high speeds, if you don't make any sudden changes of direction, the video is still smooth as can be with no jelly roll like my old Phantom with a GoPro 4 does.

All right Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have performed the test with the new FW, and I recovered the desired speed !!!!!  It really made my day and brought me a relief.

After the first update... my max speed was about 48-50 mph in sport mode. I have not done the newest one yet. Will try this weekend.

For most shots, in close proximity, slow speeds is ideal /crucial. But for either high elevation / far away shots, high speed is necessary so the shot does not take too long, if you understand what I mean?

I got the fault code "Air Encoder Error (0X100000)" After upgrading.......

"Air Encoder Error (0X100000)" also on my i2, but only without gimbal.

The air encoder error message means 'no camera signal' ....

Thank for clarifying. I've wrote to the support today: wasted time for both, my and dji.

That is a huge update and it is looking awesome!

#EPICFAIL . . . and I can only blame myself for AGAIN falling trap to DJIs update.  Lost money yesterday and if I dont get this fixed will lose more tommorow !
