Has anyone managed to get DJI Assistant 2 to work?

I have a Mac running MacOS Sierra - neither version 1.0.9 nor 1.1.0 allow me to log in (invalid username/password error), but the device is recognised.

I tried running in Windows 10 - on that version I can log in fine but it doesn't see the RC when I connect it.

Any hints?

It is working. Try deleting it and then restart and install. No need to use the assisstant, I use the GO4 APP for any updates.

you can retrieve data by yourself. There are programs to do that. For example Windows Password Manager
I used it few times.it's free and it works as good as can be expected. The main thing is to stop using the external hard disk until you use this tool, and avoid writing any files to it.
