Received a broken replacement

Hello ,

I was sent a broken mavic replacement with my DJI care Refresh after a month wait. Irrespective of my case held in Quality Check for 4 days.
Can you please let me know what to do next! The customer service is closed for the weekend: I've an important trip planned for and I would really need to take my drone with me:

We're very sorry about it. It might have been damaged during shipping, since it's difficult for our QC staff to miss this kind of obvious defects.  You'll still need to send it back for a repair/replacement. What's your previous repair's case number?

But have you tested it yet?  Since you have an important trip and if it works now, you can consider sending it back after you finish the trip.

There is no chance the metal piece would break when it's wrapped in bubble wrap and kept inside the beans! The box was not damaged at all. The camera has scratches all over. I'm not comfortable flying this. How long is this replacement process going to take ! Can you please let me know the next steps

At the moment, nothing can be done until the NA Support Center is open again in the morning. You will most likely need to await another case number in order to have  the unit sent back again.
