It looks like you really lucked out, branches can be pretty sneaky like that.

Haha, but I just read the latest thread elsewhere on ND Filters from start to finish, and I feel completely shagged after the experience. Let's never mention them again... ;-)

I videoed at a vineyard recently. My girlfriend was using my P4 and she took off near the base of a veeeery large gum tree. Later on I heard her yelp, because she'd hit RTH and didn't realise how close to the edge of the tree's canopy it would descend. Watching her reaction later to the video which captured the descent was priceless. You could count the individual leaves on the tree as it went past... Phew!
