I had an issue with my DJI Mavic, which damaged the Gimbal bracket. I did some research and it looks like this is a common issue.
The camera and Ribbon Cable are intact.
I gave my Drone to the DJI store in NYC, and they informed me 2 days later that they do not have the component necessary to make the fix.
In addition, they have informed me that the have been waiting on the Parts for 2 months, and STILL DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER!!!
I understand the slow importation through Customs, but to not even have the shipping info really makes me feel uneasy.
Who knows when I will get me Drone back!?
Sorry, just had to Vent...
