I am requesting the assistance of a DJI Maderator.
Order # 0019876822320. I have a screenshot of my order below.

Shortly after placing the order, the 2 pairs of Mavic - Quick-release Folding Propellars were shipped.

I have not yet received any replies to emails.

After filing a claim with Paypal and escalating that claim, I finally received an email from DJI on 2/23/2017 which I have attached.

How long am I going to have to recieve my refund??
