Hello,

I purchased a mavic Pro via NewEgg and upon trying to purchase the DJI refresh for my mavic I get an error message as shown in the attached screenshot. i was suspicious of the Mavic I was sent upon opening the box because there were scratches on the back of the controller, one of the bottom vision camera's on the unit is not centered (picture attached), and there was loose hardware (one of the legs was loose). And upon seeing the error message from DJI refresh saying that the Gimbal serial number has already been used once I have become very concerned. Please help me resolve this.

Was I sent a refurbished unit?

Hi Damian, the activation date of your aircraft is 2017-02-19 05:20:27.  
If the activation time is over 48 hours, then you will need to do a video verification here : https://repair.dji.com/en/djicare/customerupload
Or you can send an email to djicare@dji.com. They will be able to assist you.
And there's no DJI Care Refresh records with your aircraft. You can check it here : https://repair.dji.com/en/djicare/coverage
Please let me know if you have any further query about DJI Care Refresh.
As for the loose leg, could you please make a short video for better assistant?

Did you get any error message from DJI GO app?
Please try to do the VPS calibration via DJI Assistant to see if you can finish the calibration successfully.

Thank you again for the prompt reply.......No errors from the DJI go app at this time. Mavic has been flying great! Consider this resolved.....
