everytime I try to sync my flight records, I get sync failed message on DJI GO 4, IOS 4.05. Is anyone else having this problem?

Same here.   Looking for a fix.  

Could you please provide me with your DJI account email?
Is your DJI account email the same as your forum email?
I'll help to check it. Besides, what mobile device you are using?

Hi - worked it out. Logged out of DJI on the iPad and then logged back in - syncing started working again fine!

Same here, but i'm on IOS 4.08Drone is on latest FW
Drone is P4P

Yes I have rebooted.  Tried on different wifi networks

Always gets to 80% then the sync failed error

I had same too yesterday, I will give it another try later

When I launch Go4, the maps are stale (from a few days ago). They are not populating with current maps. yes I'm on wifi, yes I have restarted my Ipad.  I still see stale maps.

Any idea how to refresh/reset maps?

I just tried again and it keeps failing at 26%

I talked to DJI. He asked if I had location services off. Low and behold I did - ODD I never change those things. Anyways, my sync worked. Why I even got to 80% is beyond me but it worked. Maps still did not refresh. He said perhaps if I take it up for a flight that might resolve. Have it with me here at work so if i have time and we have a huge parking lot I may take it up real quick.
