The UPS site shows that my drone was signed for this past Tuesday. I was just wondering how long it would be until it shows that it was received from the online Case Repair Progress?
It's normally checked in within a day or two, but the Presidents Day holiday did delay some check ins. Could you happen to provide your case number so I can follow up?
Apolgies DJI-Jamie. I did not realize you had replied to my post. The case is CAS-483335-G7Q7T7. I did recently get an email stating it was received today and that a it was currently in "Conduction Damage Assessment." Thank you.

Curious to see how things panned out since your last post? Have you received a new P4P back yet??
I also have a unit that was sent in for repair/replacement under DJI Refresh. Paid my $99 fee today and will wait to see how long before I'm back in the air....
