HI,
I have a Samsung Notes2, with DJI GO4 installed.
So, I have no return video, but just info on screen... video is black!
Have you any Idea? My smatphone is not compatible?

Samsung Note 2 is not listed in our device recommended list which might be incompatible with DJI GO app.
Have you tried to reinstall the DJI GO app?
Do you have another mobile device to test with?
