The osmo will turn on and all functions work except when you press record, the record light stays green not red. I can control the osmo from the app but no picture/view, just a blank screen. Any ideas?

Which Osmo do you have?

Sorry to say that you'll need to send it back. The video transmission chip seems defective. Please find online chat on www.dji.com/support and follow instructions to send it in.
