Anyone used Active Track while your Mavic was connected to the DJI Go app under WiFi? I tried using Active Track, but it wouldn't let me lock on to anything. It keeps saying the Drone's within the restricted area, but I'm definately not anywhere near any restricted areas. I've tried at least three different places(all pretty far away from each other), but all to no avail. Everything else works just fine, I can fly, return home,  etc. but Active Track just doesn't work.
I've given a completely different longitude and latitude to my Drone in the simulator, but still nothing works. Is their anything wrong with my Drone? The longitude and latitude is the correct one, I've checked everytime I've flied.

Could you please provide me with the longitude and latitude?
I will forward your information to our engineers for review. Besides, what mobile device you are using? IOS device or Android device?

I've tried both and both devices won't work. I've tried three locations and another location in the simulator
Simulator: 20.0,116.0

Hello samuel, could you please export the flight data from DJI assistant and upload it to dropbox then send me the link?
Our engineers will need the flight data for further diagnosis.

The best I could do was synchronise the  flight records to DJI Go, and retrieve them from my cpu

It is obvious that the problem it is generic, the active track algorithm is done by the app not from the drone, so the problem lies in the app, take it into charge and resolve it please, no  flight data and anything else you need.
