Man im no internet police. But we shouldnt be flying these things in areas like downtown and above highways and roads.. What to say the mavic wont just shut off and slam into a car or someones head.
Already way too many restrictions in place so we should be careful....Im in Montreal and while i would love to film down town area and its surrounding, i want to be safe side and not cause any trouble and harm..
thank you for the comment. I was trying to be careful. You're right..
Have you heard about the plane the crashed in Winnipeg? - not drone related but planes can crash as well.
And currently the regulations are just guidelines.
This was a safe flight as it did not crash, lose signal, and I had line of sight for the whole flight.
While I was flying my Standard, p3, it flew off by itself , so it is very possible, but less likely for the mavic.
with this possibility, then nobody in Canada should be allowed to fly even recreationally, because our drones can just set a new homepoint and start flying that way- it is not impossible, even if we were flying in open fields for acres, our drones can malfunction.
I try to be safe but if our drones decide to fly off on its own then, accident can happen even if we tried not to have them.
but thank you for your comment. I will try to stay away from in city flights. |
