I think about circling around a tower with POI but what will the AC do if it looses contact?

Easy to find out.
Set up a POI mission in an open area and while the Phantom is orbiting, switch off the controller and see what happens.

When I switch off RC the App crashes and it takes time to reconnect app and RC. The AC begins with  RTH
I have made this test not on an intelligent flight mission.
I hoped someone had any expirience with signal loss and POI and can report.

Now I have made the test: While circling around the POI I shielded the antenna and the AC aborted POI and began RTH.

Thanks for the update Rabe. You would have thought a DJI rep would have known and answered your question before you had to try it out and potentially had to take 'evasive action'.
