Seems like you're new to the DJI family. First off, welcome. Second off, run (don't buy anything you dont absolutely need from them). I dont think i've ever experienced a company with worse customer support. I won't go through the whole list of wrong doings, but i will say that they will fight to the very end to screw you out of a return. They even filter out everything within their chat to control customer reviews, which are almost always negative haha. Cant wait for some competition to step in and show them how to run a company

Ok got a mail from ann on mar 16 asking if i want a refund for the filters and i responded with yes put the refund on my wallet at the dji store but STILL NO REFUND why is everything taking so long at dji.

Order no:0319760012480 refund the filters please so this nightmare can be closed.

Hi RvanRhee, I have confirmed with our pre-sales team, we have refunded €39.00 to your credit card.
Please check the refund from your credit card instead of DJI Credit.
Since you refund the ND filters, so your DJI credit will have a corresponding decrease for €0.39.
