Has anyone received a UPS shipping label sooner than two days? I submitted my repair information for my Mavic, which fell midflight, yesterday. I am leaving town tomorrow for about two weeks, and if at all possible, would love to drop my Mavic at UPS before I leave.
brerick1 they send the UPS label by email. Check your junk folder if you haven't received it. It took over a week for me to receive mine. They kept saying it was sent and gave me a UPS number but I never got it. Finally phoned Tech and the Techy sent it directly to me. Took a week for my Mavic to get to DJI. Now almost another week later, it just sitting there waiting to be received. I hope it doesn't go past the 30 day waiting period and they cancel the case. Good luck with yours.
