What do you suggest with regards to shooting video with filters. I tried shooting a sunset and I used a nd8pl filter, fps 30, shutter 60. The skyline looks great but the foreground is really dark, to dark and I'm having a hard time in post making the video look good, can't get it bright enough without blowong it out. Should I not be using a fliter in low light. I've seen some conflicting stuff about this. I was thinkng it was needed since I was shooting directly into the sun, but I'm thinking that was wrong. I was using my P4P. Any help would be appreciated.

I bought the ND4, ND8 and ND16 filters. Filters ND8 and ND16 are identical, putting them on my P4P values are the same (I've tried both in Auto mode and in other options with priority).
I also tried to put the two ND8 and ND16 lenses in front of the camera of my iPhone7, even in this case with both lenses I have the same exposition values.
And, of course, i can't see any difference between the lenses... is this normal?

When needed, I don't shoot anywhere or anything without filters, ever.  Especially with these smaller drone cameras that just don't have the abilty to fight the sun.  If you absolutely want the sharpest picture and/or video, never leave home without them,  and don't just skimp on just 1!!! This picture is reduced to 1.5mb per DJI's 2mb upload limit specs yet still maintains a decent amount of detail.  This isn't because I'm a great photgrapher. (I am not)  There is no amount of post production that will fix the natural clarity that a Filter would provide you by just getting your ISO and shutters speeds out of your cameras noisy and over extended boundries and right on the money.
Taken with a ND16 Filter (and I could have even taken it to a ND32).  File Size = 1.5mb's

Great info thanks ;-)
