Hi, Can anyone help?!

I have created a custom stick mode and for some reason when I move the stick left the mavic moves right and vice versa. I have tried reversing the stick mode but this doesn't help. I have updated to the latest firmware and this is the first time I have tried to fly the mavic as I purchased the drone on 12/03/17.

Known issue or should I return the drone?!

What is your custom settings
why not just use Mode 2 in the controller settings?

If the AC is flying towards you that's the way it is .

I am use to a custom setting which isn't one of the default modes hence using the custom.

It isn't some bizarre headless mode anomaly is it?

What do you mean? I have tried the other modes and they work fine. It appears to be something about the custom setting.These are my settings:

left stick:
push forward = up  
push back = down
push right = yaw right
push left = yaw left

right stick:
push forward = fly forward  
push back = fly back
push right = rotate right
push left = rotate left

that is what i have set but in the simulator and in real life the drone flies the wrong way!

Yaw and rotate are the same correct?  Do you have duplicate set up or do you mean roll for the right stick?

if they are the same i don't mean yaw. I mean the action that tilts the drone rather than rotates it

tried all combinations but no luck. Could someone else set up a custom stick layout as above and see if the mavic flies the wrong way?

Maybe your combination is not there, it's a somewhat strange combination.

Please sync your flight records from DJI GO app then let me know your DJI Account email and the exact date when this occurred.
Is your DJI account email the same as your forum email?
I'll help to check it.

Account is the same as my email yes. This occurred yesterday 18 March 2017.

Just sync'd. I have only completed 3 short flights. I didn't want to fly longer because of the risk of crashing!

I have tried re setting the custom stick settings and tonight it worked. I will try again outside when I next get a chance and report back if it's working or not

Maybe a bug in the software?

I'm having some trouble syncing your flight records.
I'll check it again but it will takes some times.

Hello Matt, I have checked your flight records.
All the three records doesn't have GPS signal.
I can see any stick issue. Please test it when the GPS signal is good enough and keep us posted.
