Hello there!

I've got a problem with my gimbal. I was flying above trees and suddenly front sensors didn't see the treetop in front of the drone (I think it was a little bit under the angle of sensors visibility). The drone crashed and hopefully it didn't stay on the tree. It fell down to the ground, motors stoped and battery dispatched. I caught the drone body. When I came home and tried to summarise damages. To my surprise, the drone was almost ok (only little bit cracked wing and one prop destroyed). When I came out to try it, the drone was flying as before But the gimbal isn't ok. I found, there is a little gap between the gimbal and the body (in the photo below). I recorded many videos after that and it is hard to stabilise gimbal from the little bad movements. It also rotate a little bit to the right side and I have to rotate it left to stabilise it. And I think the horizont is a little bit messy. When I take a look on the drone from back, I can see that gimbal is tilted to the right.

Anyone with some experience with this problem? I don't have DJI Care. Thanks to all.

It's most likely damage to the gimbal motor itself. You will most likely need to replace the gimbal assembly.
