I shot using the recommended settings:  D-Log (-1,-3,-3)

I haven't done any additional editing to fine-tune the video in this example, but I thought I should at least address what I'm seeing to see if anyone can identify what it is and what to do to fix it (if possible).  

At the beginning, look at the field and you will notice some flickering, to the point where it's noticible and quite annoying.  

I have two theories why this may be happening.

1.  I have never shot with D-Log using the settings -1,-3,-3; Could this cause the flicker?
2.  I thought this video might explain it a bit, but am not sure:

It doesn't seem to be as noticible while viewing on my phone, but in addition, I'm seeing a blurred line towards the bottom of the screen while watching the video.
