Hi,

When I try to record to the SSD in Cinema DNG mode on the Inspire 2, an error appears on the DJI GO 4 app saying that I cannot record in that format, and I need to purchase a Cinema DNG licence. However, I already have this licence, and it has been activated in the Inspire 2. I've tried updating software, but no luck.

How do I get DJI GO 4 to recognize that I have the CDNG licence so I can record in this format? Has anyone else experienced this?

Use the DJI Assistant 2 program to reapply your license....

You may need to re-do this after firmware updates which sometimes overwrite the license data....

Have you also tried reformatting the SSD? If that's not reading properly, it can cause issues with the license.
