This is the reply I recevied from DJI today (sent for Gimbal overload):
The normal processing time is 10-15 working days, that is 3 weeks time.
Unfortunately we cannot speed up the delivery of spare parts, we are dependent on the delivery from China and also dependent on customs, when they will release the parts.
However, if we receive parts, they are 99% brand new parts/units, not refurbished ones. There is a good chance that your gimbal will be replaced with a completely new one. However we cannot promise in advance.
I'm left speachless at the last two sentences. Good chance? Seriously?
