I noticed this morning on my samsung s6 edge plus when i went to Play store up dates it says update for  dji go-for products before P4, I have only had my Phantom 3 standard for 2 weeks from new do i let this install, & will it want to do a firmware up date too !

Added NFZ update from smartphone gps? Buahhahaha.

OK, now DJI GO is added to my banned list permanently and i will use third party software without NFZ adding.

Only insane people will install an application what will add new NFZ (what mean make their flying device useless and disabled) and will do it better.

And again - it have nothing to the safety.
NOT DJI can give you a permission to fly. A local authority only can do it. DJI only want to be a 'gatekeeper', and is not required or even recommended by a law.

It is such utter BS that they are taking so long to fix DC area P3 owners who use Android. Had I known that iOS would have severe preference over android, I never would have purchased this thing!

I did notice this thought that was only me...this was only happening when the aircraft was not on ...when powered on it corrects itself!

Can i reduce the resolution for the display life stream on Standard. The full resolution takes over 10 secs delay time to display of the current frame.

since updating DJI ap cannot connect to my phantom 4K cannot get camera available button to come up only for Movic

since upgrade of the dji ap camm

I want to ask how can I use osmo mobile and eighth Phantom 4, another phone you should buy, this is disgusting ?!?

DJI releases GO APP updates every month or two.  The Firmware updates are much less frequent, so usually you can simply update the GO APP and wait for the "system" to ask for a firmware update.

I can tell you from experience that there are LOTS of things that can cause that error to pop up ! And they can be hard to find.

I had an issue of where I did a really bad job of soldering the motor leads together, and although the motor worked, when I went back and resoldered the leads the ESC error went away.

Personally I don't like this version of Go, advice against updating and stay with 3.1.3. Been having bad lag, frozen screen and disconnect RC to AC ever since updating from .3 to .4

I am still having issues with unlocking a no fly zone that does not exist over my house.  DJI sold me an expensive brick.  Even in boonies it will not take off.  This is unacceptable business practices when my company is register and have all my FAA approvals.

Android lacks a fair bit of functionality with regard to NFZ. I live on near DC and was told I needed to use an iOS device if I want to fly at my usual location. Not sure why DJI cannot fix it on Android, but it is frustrating as the advertising does not mention the Android GO app as being inferior.

Do you mean that the Phantom starts up but will not takeoff?  Or, it will not start up?

Yeah the P# starts up fine gets all the setup ready to fly and it will not take off saying no fly zone.  Tried regular mode and beginner mode.  I am no where close to a no fly zone so there nothing to submit to unlock.  That is the CRAZY part of this whole thing.  But now I see from the previous reply that it might be linked to the DJI's sub par programmers and discrimination of Android devices not working when they advertise dual use.  Good grief charlie brown....

3.15 for android just came out. Maybe it fixes some of 3.14's  

This app is still not showing the unlock zones so peple can fly that have Android devices.  

Sir Dji Go app is not working on phone .lhave Samsung A9 pro first 3 weak it work properly but know it is not working on my phone . Today the app has Connect for few sec and after that disconnect  plz help me out

Since updating both Go and Go 4 are crashing constantly. I use Go on my iOS device for the Osmo + and Go 4 on the Shield K1 tablet for my Phantom 4 Pro.
Granted I have not had a chance to update the firmware on the Phantom but I am not being prompted to update the Osmo in Go.

It is quite nerve wracking to have the app crash and lose the video while flying through a shadowy tree filled ravine.
