Am I able to get DJI Care for an 2 months old Mavic? The Mavic it's in perfect condition.
I've seen that you can send in an video confirmation to the support team but is it relevant to an 2 months old Mavic?

But DJI Mindy wrote in the thread (http://forum.dji.com/thread-89603-1-1.html) that you can do an video verfication if the the activation time is over 48h
Maybe it's only relevant if it's some hours pass the 48h limit.

Yes you can purchase DJI Care Refresh after the initial 48 hours


It is a process but can be done.

In a nutshell you have to prove a few things like mavic operation of the gimble and flight controls  (yawn, pitch, asend and desend in a hover).

It would be a stretch, but you could give the info on post #7 a shot. It won't hurt to try.

I did it with my P4 and helped my brother with his Mavic that was few weeks old, my P4 was about a month old. Just read the instructions thoroughly to familiarize yourself with the steps. Then make sure you the verification video is not edited and is a continuous shot, go through each step in the checklist and have someoen record you. It took me about 10 minutes to put together the video, not difficult but the steps are very specific and detailed. It helps if you do a few practice runs first. Once you have your video, you submit it and in 3 business days or so you should receive a response. I printed the list and just took my time and checked off each step with a pen as I completed it to make sure I got everything correct.
