Hi,

I have a Mavic that came with V01.03.0300 installed.  I've been trying to upgrade the firmware to the current version (and have also tried upgrading to the penultimate version) without success.  This run was done using DJI Assistant 2 on my Mac.  I've also tried doing the upgrade from the DJI Go app on my iPhone with the same failures.

According to the DJI Assistant logs, this seems to be one of the places where the upgrade is failing:

I've attached both the log and the upgrade log to this post.  

Does anyone have any suggestions?

This issue seems to be the same as the one reported in: https://forum.dji.com/thread-75504-1-1.html  Natalia said that it could be addressed (and was) by adding an image to the root of the SD card.  Natilia, could that solution take care of my problem?  It does seem that the same part is used in both the Phantom and the Mavic Pro.
