Really not even close to what is expected...  Takes much too long!  Over here we have a LAW called Customer Protection Act.... it has nothing to do with DJI's 7 days out of box exchange etc. - it plainly says if you (the buyer) has no input linked to the problem / defect, the seller MUST exchange the item, replace the item, repair the item (within a short acceptable time frame)  or refund the buyer- this is applicable for 6 months after date of purchace ... that's it!  No sending back to the the factory, or waiting months on end and surely not getting someone else's refurb item back...  I hope you will be 100% satisfied soon!
