I dont have the option on my P4P+ for peak threshold... everything seems to be up to date... anyone else have this problem?

For enabling the upwards gimbal tilt movement to 30 degree, or... ? If that's what you're referring to, it's under camera Advanced Settings.

I assume the OP is talking about "Zebra Stripes". It is an option, keep looking. I don't have my p4p+ right now so can't tell you exactly where, but it is in there.
Chances are when looking for it, you will find something else interesting which is what I find when I go looking
