I am about to purchase DJI Care Refresh (after the initial 48 hours of ownership).

Just 1 issues.

1) verification requires flying 200m away from home point at a height of 120m. Canadian law just changed to 90m.

DJI can you amend the rules for Canada please.

Sent an email to DJI support. Awaiting there reply.

Sorry to be thick............I purchased care refresh for my new Mavic within 48 hours of activating it. Do I need to do the above (or anything else) or is this just required if you fall outside the 48 Hour period?

Andy - You are correct. It is only a requirement to follow the process of video verification outside of the 48 hours

Andy, there is no need to submit a video verification if you purchase dji care refresh within 48 hours of activation.
