Is this  normal???

     Yes, this is normal.  You need to slow down and try to figure out what you want to do.  What is your Phantom model?  What is your device?  Is DJI breathing down you neck to upgrade firmware?

     But, just slow down and take your time.  Figure out what you are doing and then do it.  Reading the manuals is the best thing you can do, mostly because it gives you an understanding of the technology you are using.  Do not worry about doing a firmware update until you are bored with what you are doing presently.  Then the update will open up new horizons.

     In your thread, you are concerned about being presented with a choice.  Pick your model Phantom, and then proceed on.  It really is good fun!

minor bug when only using the app , go by model name ,   when fully connected with model showing and camera button in blue the picture is correct

Please turn on remote, aircraft and connect your mobile device to the remote and run APP, the "Camera" button will be blue.
