We are using a Z30 with DJI A3/RTK and LB2. When we power on and connect, we get error 'no image transmission signal' in dji go app. We have full control of the camera - tilt, settings, zoom etc, but no image.

All firmware is the latest, and we have tested the system with Z3 and it works fine and the camera with another system with N3 and all worked fine.

Anyone had a similar issue/got any ideas?

Did this particular rig work before? Are all the other components up to date? have you already double checked your physical connections? What mobile device are you using and Go app version?

We have never managed to get the A3/Z30 combo to display an image. It works fine in all other scenarios - A3 with Z3, Z30 with N3 etc.

All components up to date, yes all connections ok - checked and re-checked a number of times. App is latest version, tried with iphone, ipad. Go app (not go 4). Tried all possible bandwidth settings, although EXT 100% is what we use for Z3 etc.

Official line I got from DJI support was that 'the Z30 is only compatible with M100, M200 and M600' which doesn't make sense to me as the M600 uses the A3! Unless DJI have specifically blocked the Z30 from working with stand-alone A3, which would be ridiculous.
