Can DJI repair a water damaged Mavic

its only just went in the water, I pulled it out as it hit the surface, they are telling me to buy a new one with out even looking at it.

also I was in the middle of shooting in tripod mode, I didnt want the Mavic to lower  butit did by itself, I tried to keep it above the water. The RC was not behaving normaly.

Apparently not, but if you have Care Refresh you should be able to get a replacement since you apparently recovered the aircraft.

it still turns on and two motors start up, the front lights turn on but it wont bind.
