a newbie question: the batterry for P4 is the same as for P4Pro+ ?
I saw on the DJI page there are 5870 mAh batteries and 5350 mAh batteries, all for P4 series.
Does this means any of those 2 can be used on P4Pro+ ?
Of course, the lower capacity, less flying time. Question is if the smaller one fits also P4Pro+.

No problem using both in P4P , slightly less Time 27min against 24min and yes both same size..

Any P4 battery is fine in any P4 Phantom

Yes all good. I regularly use P4 batteries on the pro

I asked about using P4Pro batteries on P4

But you update battery firmware when switching from p4 to p4p (until dji release new firmware for p4)

There are just two types of Phantom 4 batteries, one, more recent, type has a slightly higher mahi and you can get some more mileage out of it. But they are completely interchangeable: both types can be used in all types of P4.

Make sure you check the MaH on the two batteries.   I've seen a lot of store and online retailers selling the lower powered at th 5830 price point.  There should be about a $10 difference in the pricing of the 2 batteries with the later being $10 more.
