How long does it takes for a DOA replacement?

I just waiting for more than a week for chance to send the drone back, because the DOA drone is still in my hand.

I contact the chat support, which is really awesome but the drone must go in replacement. I should contact the Netherlands.

Since Wednesday last week I wait for UPS/DHL information to send the drone back.

I'm really sad about this and I'm not sad because the drone is DOA. I got 2 Mavic and one is perfect. This can happens but the support takes so much time and nothing happen.

I still waiting. But what's your experience about the replacement with dji?

Thrusday, Friday, Monday ... nothing happen.

Sorry for my annyoing questions, but why it's so complicate to send me the UPS informations to send the drone back. It's a simple "send me back paper".

It's frustrating :-(

Awesome product, good support, very friendly staff but you need so much time for simple things like this.

Just trying to plane my life here since I asked before sending it back about how to ship it to different adress. I live in both Sweden and Germany and will go to Sweden next week I wonder if it possible to get some kind of "delivery promise" i.e. get it to Sweden during next week or the next one cause after that I will be heading back to Germany again and will go on a vacation so I will not have any possibility to fetch it if am at the wrong place.

So is it possible to get it back in sweden during week 16 or 17?

For me it took 11 days but I was not pushing to hard, there were also a weekend in between. So don't give up. The problem for me was the Web I guess since it looked like it worked and but I did not get any response E-mail the first time so I used the chat instead

If I were in your position, I would feel just as you do.
I have brought this to management and we will find out what's going on with your case then get it solved as soon as possible.
