Yes, thanks Mindy. He basically asked me if I am sure I want to return !! That wasnt the email that I was waiting after 2 days. Yes I am sure I want to retun for a full refund and I know that I will pay for the shipment fee ( I read your policy online before asking for a refund) can you please push them to send me the address and the process that I need to follow?. Thanks again for your help.
