I thought I would just thank Dji for the smooth return process. I sent in my drone and requested a refund . I sent it from Canada to the Carson California depot . The whole process took a bit of time but in the end there were no hiccups and I just received my refund today. Thanks guys

I notified Dji march 21st of my request and refund was just credited back to me . Was faster than expected !

How long it takes DJI to reply to your email requesting a return?  I decided I will return my Spark but didnt hear anything back from them until now (sent the email 24hrs ago)

Yes, thanks Mindy. He basically asked me if I am sure I want to return !! That wasnt the email that I was waiting after 2 days. Yes I am sure I want to retun for a full refund and I know that I will pay for the shipment fee ( I read your policy online before asking for a refund) can you please push them to send me the address and the process that I need to follow?. Thanks again for your help.
