Hi-

I'm trying to sync my slave remote for the first time and when I turn it on, it doesn't beep and there is a solid white light.  Firmware on the master remote and the drone itself is updated....but, othere than turn on, the 2nd (slave) remote won't do anything.  When I plug my ipad into the remote, nothing happens....absolutely nothing.  It's as if, when I plug it in and open the app, it's not plugged into the remote.

Any suggestions?

When you power on the remote is the first LED red,  blue, or purple?   You need to update this remote's FW to be on the same as the master.  I would reset the 2nd remote and put it to master, then update the FW to current version and same as the other remote.  depending on the older version of the FW you might need to update it using the USB memory stick method..  Then update the newest version with the Go App.

Try to reset the remote controller.
* Turn on the controller, and the aircraft should be off.
* Press C1, C2, and shutter on the controller then turn the controller off.
* Turn on both the aircraft and the controller and link the remote.

Then change it back to slave in the Go App and connect to the 1st remote (master)
((assuming the cable is good and the USB connector is good))
