Need help on my case.  I shipped Mavic for repairs and was recieved by DJI last week. There has not been any updates on my case showing that they recieved it.

I have the exact same issue.  I called the 818-235-0789 and waited in Queue, I was #23.  So it took awhile.  DJI eventually got to me and they said they have my Mavic but having issues updating the web site info.  Sounds like they need a lot more staff.

I sent mine in on the 21st of March, and it's been in QA since the 4th.  No movement.  I called yesterday and the rep said something about them moving out of their Carson CA office.... and that's why its taking so long or something like that.  I've been on hold for a supervisor for over an hour now, and still waiting....

I also waited more than 2 weeks until the status has changed for recieved. But in the end everything ended well)

It takes a few business days to check in and update the system, please do not worry about it since it's delivered.
I've also reported your case to the local receiving department, who will take care of this for you right now.

How long did it take from the day they recieved the aircraft until you had it back in your hands?

I just got off a call to them, and it was very confusing. Just curious how long I'll be waiting, eh?

Hi Mark, if everything goes well, normally the turnaround time is about 2 weeks after been received at the facility.
