How much of a bump did you notice?? How is it possible? New algorithm?

This is just a software thing and you really do not have a larger capacity battery. I checked my packs 6020 6026 and 6028

Just noticed that a new function has been added to the latest release of go pro 4 for IOS.   I haven't looked at it in detail, and I hope I never have to use it,  but there's now a function called "Find my drone"   You can reach it by hitting the 3 bars on the upper right hand portion of the  1st page of go pro 4  which has a drone displayed on it.

Last night I updated AC, RC (P4P+ version with display) and all 3 batteries that I have. Went this evening for a test flight.
I am happy to report no problems!
I was having very bad video feed breakup and APP crashing. Very bad.
This was happening at close as well as at distance.
This all seems to have vanished.
For a few minutes I felt that they had reduced speed then realized that updating had also turned off multiple flight mode.
Once reset, the speed was back. 44.1 mph in a short distance.

Any news about gimbal drift when moving sideway, it's better on that firmware ? or DJI will never do anything about it

I assume the 4k stability fixes the copied frame issue which looks like skipped frames

Got to give it a proper test today. Flew 4800 feet away before signal even began to get weak. No video lag / drop out at all. No app crash.
This was way out of VLOS but was flown over farm fields. Clocked 48.2 mph in sport mode.
It would appear that issues have been corrected.

You're lucky.. Mine still won't go over 45mph even with a tail wind. It's governed at 45 vs. my P4 which I flew right afterwards and hit 52mph.

See post #22. You keep refreshing the firmware with each individual battery.

I'm not sure this is really necessary: after updating the firmware with DJI-assistant I just put the different batteries in the AC and they updated themselves without having to go the refreshing and all that.
That is, by the way, the way it has been done in the past for as long as I remember ...

That has never happened in my experience - no firmware applies automatically. You must initiate a firmware update, even if it's only just the battery which needs that. To do that, you 'refresh' the current level of craft firmware which accelerates through other modules already updates (from what I can tell).

I'm trying to install the update now, I have my Samsung phone hooked up directly to P4Pro, like normal. It start loading and now it's been "stuck" at 0% System Controller, 99% Progress for over 30 minutes now. My battery is now at around 50%. All previous updates have taken 5-10, maybe 15 minutes. I hope this works!! Anyone else experience this?

I think we're good to go. It was still stuck for over 45 minutes. I decided to press the home button on my phone and then click on the DJI GO app to reopen the app. As soon as it reopened it said that the update was successful. Took it up for a short test flight, seems to be working.

Good evening. Because I had read about a firmware problem (v 01.04.0602) I turned to 01.03.0509 that they are, say, the most stable. But now that the connection from 10 times, for example, one opens DJI GO 4. I put the 4.1.3 version. What's wrong?   Do I put the latest version 4.1.15?
