I cann't install this firmware. I tried with the Application Dji Go 4, with Mac OS Assistant.

This upgrade stopped at 57%, somtimes 75%  ??

I have a new Mavic, I have the version 1.03.0550 and it is ok for this version..

Anybody with this same problem ?

I have the same problem, your not the only one. Hopefully somebody can help.

When installing Mavic firmware be sure to use the latest DJI Assistant 2 with a GOOD quality micro-USB cable. The cable that ships with the Mavic is garbage. Make sure you have a solid internet connection and fast bandwidth as well, this is very important because any connection interruptions will cause the update to fail. I use a 2016 MacBook Pro running macOS Sierra 10.12.4 and have not had any issues updating ever.

I tried to install also the upgrade towards v 01.03.0600 but did not succeed !
The upgrade process via Android smartphone gave at the end the upgrade failure message - try later again.
Reason code: 0x02010003 was given.

I raised an request towards the DJI support team.

Did you received the same reason code ?
Please let me know.

Same here, the upgrade is consistently erroring out at 92%. First it long pauses at 75%, the Mavic restarts and then it suddenly jumps to 92%, then I get the error message.

Stuck at 57% here......

Keep getting this error 0x020106. Restart and Retry. Tried changing cables and even reset my router to avoid interruptions.

Does anyone have any clue what this is ?

Took several tries to get it to install, and it seems to have broken my gimbal control board firmware or something.  Less than a day old and already has to go off to service… sigh…

I'm trying more on time now.... 51% for the moment.... I'm waiting....  Now is blocked at 75 %  grrrrrr.....

I have had absolutely no problems at all. Installed quickly the first time. I always use the cable that came with the Mavic, open DJI Assistant 2 first, then connect the Mavic to the computer usb port (not through a hub) and finally turn on the Mavic after having removed the gimbal clamp and extending all the arms. Don't have any other programs running on the PC other than Assistant 2. After the update is completed, I use the back arrow in the program to go back to the front page, then turn off the Mavic and disconnect it and then do similar with the remote. Never had a problem.

I trie with Assistant 2 yesterday on my macbook Pro and before with the IOS app with my iPhone 7 plus....  I can't upgrade my Mavic....

I'm trying with a another computer and it is always same...  Impossible to upgrade my Mavic Pro ....

I send a rapport at DJI for assistance. I'm waiting

Are you sure the cable provided is garbage? I always used it to update my Mavic and never got any trouble while updating.
I did the last update (01.03.0600) without any error like the others.

That's really weird.

Maybe people who get problems while updating should try to uninstall and reinstall the Assistant (there was an update I believe)

Fles like a charm. Tried the fixed wing shortly, don't know if this will be my favorite.

So, was chatting with a Support tech for 2 hrs last night and was trying to upgrade at the same time. He said its a hardware issue. I see on this forum that many of us are having the same issue with the new Mavic Pro's (I got mine yesterday and it wouldn't upgrade). DJI Support recommended a replacement.
Wondering whether there are any problems with the new ones.

Hope this can get resolved through a software patch, but it looks like I need to be without a drone for a week or two, till they replace/fix my mavic pro.

I had that issue, I just kept trying and on the 4th attempt it got all the way too 100%.

Although the new battery I received today updated without any issues within about 8 minutes, on DJI Assistant 2. Where as my first battery took me at least an hour, but that was done via the DJI Go 4 App.

Took me 3 days to get the update to work stalled at 75% 74% 21% 90%   pick a number!
various cables. All good quality. Tried Laptops, Desktops Phones  all with latest software with no success.
Tried all the advice from forums... nothing worked. Finally I used an old slow desktop and it worked. Not a pleasant experience for a Mavic that has had less than 4 battery runs. Now I have fron right sensor issues. Looks like it will need repair.

I had the same problem. Stuck at 74%.
I tried to do the update through the Android app and DJI Assistant 2

Then I rolled back to .550

Can I ask how long you let it sit during the update?  I see mine get stuck at certain percentages, but after a while, it continues.

The update during around 15 minutes

Same problem here stuck at 74% for over 10 tries now. Tried several laptops, via android app and IOS app, but without succes.

Stalls every time on 74%, fails and reverts to v01.03.0550
I think it should be obvious to DJI by now they have a major problem with v01.03.0600. Please fix now before we all brick our drones for the sake of an update :-/

I am also having the same problem, frustrating! I must of tried at least 20 times using the assistant on my imac, 57% 74%
No luck with the app get the same response 74% then sticks and asks to retry.
I have only flew my mavic 6 times! Like others I have tried different cables and phones!!!!!!!

I spoke with chat yesterday and they asked me to do a couple of things, firstly link RC with Mavic using app and the link button on the Mavic, that didn't work, next they asked me to format the sd card in the Mavic through the app.

The sd card was formatted and still no joy but what i did do was to keep pressing the retry button lots of times and it eventually moved up to 100% and now updated to the new firmware!

Really helped that? I have sent mine back for repair..
It seems that there is something wrong with a serie of mavics, maybe a serie with different HW chipset vendor. So I hope I will get a mavic with correct HW

I really think it's an issue with the .600 FW itself. I could not complete updating to .600 (from .550 initially) many times (App or Assistant), but every up/downgrade between .400 and .550 worked fine.
I eventually turned off the Mavic at 74% during the upgrade, where it would normally stop. After that it upgraded fine. I also did a refresh of .600 today to make sure and it also completed to 100% without a hitch, as all previous versions had done before.

Same problem here. Stuck 57% on Assistant and 74% in APP
