Don't know if it's just me but the last I flew seemed like my 4pro just didn't get to normal speed . It was not to windy , and battery was about have , could not see anything wrong in settings. Is it just me or could I have something set wrong ?

It's hard to know whether your Phantom was slow or just seemed to be.
It has a speed readout at the bottom of the screen that would tell you if it is slow and how much.
Come back with some numbers.
If you turn object avoidance off, you'll get a good speed boost.

Go into the Go app and replay the flight (click on drone icon on left of home page), you can look at the speeds it is traveling, and compare with previous flights.

Please try Labroides and Nigel's advice and let us know how it went.

I clocked 53mph yesterday on mine. Plenty fast enough for me.

Thanks for response , I believe it may have been a battery issue . Yes I should have checked speed on screen , it almost seems like to much info on it . Just have to get used to what info is provided.  Thanks again

You can always check after a flight by either replaying the flight record in the app or you can go to http://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/
Follow the instructions to upload your flight record.
If you need any help to analys that you can come back and post a link to the report it provides

in my opninion there cannot be too much info... you need to get accustomed to where to look under normal and special conditions... Fly safe!

Please let us know if you run into any additional questions or concerns.

Have you enabled 'Multiple Flight Modes' in the GO4 app? Sports mode requires it.
I think this setting resets on firmware updates.

I had the same problem with my Phantom 4 and this solved it. I had updated the Firmware recently and Multiple Flight Modes was disabled. Thank you for pointing this out!

For anybody else, just to confirm --- if your Phantom appears slow and Sport Mode/Attitude Mode seems to not function: Go into the GO4 app on your device, connect your Drone, enter Camera Mode, go to settings and enable Multiple Flight Modes.

Apparently, the OP's is usually faster too. That's why he posted.

Mine was reset to disable multiple flight modes from FW update and it was very obvious. When I switched the PAS switch a message popped up immediately informing me that multiple flight mode was not activated.
