Need Help....The Drone came back but without the packaging that protect all the product......Thats what we carry and transport with?     It just came back in loose Bubble wrap!
WE need to get our Styrofoam ​back from you, Please!     It protects our drone!

If you cant send us that back...AT LEAST give us cost on a DJI productr that does this!!

ps: Does it help if we post to DJI forum(those guys rock and seem to be on it)??
pss: we received a survey...but wanted to get this addressed if we could first?

To clarify, was this after a repair service? Could I happen to get your case number? Was this styrofoam something custom made for a 3rd party a case, or something to that effect? If it looked like basic shipping packaging, it was most likely disposed of.

It was the normal box with all the card bord inside of it but it was thrown away and i would be willing to buy maby at a slight discound
