They don't currently have any Mavic's. They are waiting on a shipment from China. But they don't tell you any of that when you send it in for service. I sent mine in under DJI Refresh Care.

Europe turn around for me was 22 Days from reporting the fault to receiving a replacement and that felt like a long wait so I pity you guys

I assume the UK is falling under the EU branch too? 22 days seems reasonable.

Yes they go back to the Netherlands for repair and its a lot quicker turn around than the owners in the US are getting at the moment.
Good to know. Just across the pond from the UK. Hopefully I won't ever have to use that service.
My replacement took exactly ten days from handing over to UPS to signing for the replacement at my door. I think it will be for most of us the same but who writes down his story when everything worked fast? Only a few share their positive experiences...unfortunately.
