Hello - I'm hoping support can help me :-)

I sent one of my mavic's in a few weeks ago (and it took a week to assess damage ... ><) When they finally did they said the back left motor arms needed to be replaced -- and I paid the bill sent. However, I remember looking over my mavic pretty good before I sent it in - and all the arms looked fine. I don't mind replacing them, since the repair tech probably is seeing something that I don't - but I would like to know why they think the back arms needed a replacement -- ie: more details on why they needed to be replaced?

I'll DM my case number to a mod if they are willing to help :-)
