I crashed my Inspire 1 in March. I immediately sent it in, March 21. I have been waiting and waiting for a month.
I received a notice saying repair has been completed over days ago and it still is waiting to be shipped.
I am very dissaatisfied with DJI. The support portion of this company is horrible. I call at times I am number 48 in the cue.
I reaally needed my Inspire these past few weeks and regret sending it to them. I should have used another repair service.
Thinking of buying Auetel.
